Myself and my family found ourselves in Bonasalla on the 2nd November, the town had closed up for the season, it was empty and quiet, basically everything was closed, we walked through the quiet streets starting to panic we would never eat , not even a shop open we could buy some bread, then we just stumbled on this place... We went for dinner with a group of friends who normally dine at this place. The food was exquisite. I particularly enjoyed the starters and the "grigliata", but also the "fritto misto" is very interesting. My "spaghetti ai frutti di mare" were excellent. Friendly service.

This restaurant / trattoria is quite difficult to spot from the street due to its lack of board outside. So we can call it hidden gem. I was there twice first time 7 years ago and for Ferragosto (15th of August) always brought by my parents in law who are familiar with Bonassola. Starters, first and second dish are with... More

We walked past the garden which was full of guests. when we tried to book a table, they told us: try again in the morning. So we did, and they were fully booked for that evening. so we booked for the following night. Outside, this doesn't look like a restaurant at all. it's a house like any other. Inside, it's... More

This unsigned hole in the wall leads to what feels like an Italian grandma's diningroom. We found it much like other reviewers, the menu is a hand scrawled note and leans heavily on the seafood. Seasonal and fresh, everything was delicious and served promptly by the young men in shorts and white t-shirts.

We love this place, and we have never been disappointed after many years that we go there everytime we are in Bonassola. The food is delicious and genuinely home made, the portions are generous, the prices are honest, the service nice and the small garden is very pleasant. Recommended in any aspect.

Once we discovered this restaurant, we decided to have dinner there for the rest of our vacation. The fish I eat here is the best I got in 15 years! The menu changes everyday so you need to be flexible. Do not make plans before going there, then pick one thing that sounds interesting: you will not be disappointed.

We came across this little place completely by accident. Whereas other places in this village or around the region try all so you'll notice, this place almost tries to hide its existence from

The food was very good, got a great deal on the raw tuna antipasti, which was so fresh it might have swam away, and the gnocchi al noci (walnut sauce) was astounding. The young man serving was casually dressed, and the room itself was a bit stark and cool, but if you care more about food than atmosphere, then this... More

The restaurant is in the very center of Bonassola, non so easy to see since it is kind of hidden. The place is quite informal, the waiters and the chef are almost rude, but it kind of is part of the typical atmosphere of Liguria. The list is handwritten on a blackboard and in small pieces of paper that the... More
