Pizzas here were really tasty, with huge portions. However the service was lacking a little and wouldn't recommend this place if you wanted a leisurely meal out, but for a quick bite it's great.

This is our favorite pizza place in Sicily. We always return every time we visit Catania. The oven baked pizza crust is very thin and the toppings are wonderful.
This restaurant has a fantastic looking pizza oven as soon as you walk in and they do great pizzas. Very friendly service. We got to the restaurant at just after 7pm and they were very quiet, but we enjoyed their food.

We ate here a half dozen times during our recent stay in Aci Castello. The best pizza we've ever had anywhere in Italy. Very thin crust and a little crunchy, just the way I like them. The wood fire oven is visible from the street...More
Best pizza in the region. Good choice, fresh ingredients, nice atmosphere, very fair prices. Try the pizza with San Daniele ham or with pistachio, even salads and deserts are good. Absolutely worth it. Kamut pizza available.
My wife used to come here frequently and we thought we'd try it some evening to see if it was still as good as she remembered. We sat outside and found the service prompt and efficient. The menu is large and features interesting combinations. We...More
Giulio and his staff fed us the most unbelievable pizza. Unlike pizzerias I'm used to, Dietro le Mura offers unique combinations that are hand picked by the chef. Apparently the chef won the work pizza championship 3 times. I understand why. Super thin and super...More
