We love coming here every time we are in the area and it never fails to please. The food is lovely and the atmosphere wonderful. We especially love sitting by the fire with coffee and shortbread.

We had dinner in the bar for 2 adults and 2 fussy boys under 10. The service was friendly and the food was very good. My husbands steak was tender and my monkfish was delicious. Had smoked mussels for the first time and have been craving them ever since. We were also treated to a couple of stags cavorting on... More

Were told that this was, "Guaranteed, the best ketchen en a 20 mayuhl radius" and it is probably absolutely true. The menu was quite original and the food all very well executed. Ate dinner and breakfast here and both were extremely good.

The food was delicious and fresh. We liked that many incredients were sourced locally. Prices were quite reasonable compared to other options.

Went to Glenfinnan House Hotel at the end of the season and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed all three courses of our meal. Special thanks to Duncan for the fantastic menu and to Fiona for her hospitality in the bar.

While in the area heading to the ferry, we were notified that ferry service to Skye was cancelled due to weather. Nearly returned to Fort William for lunch but so glad we stopped in at Glenfinnan House Hotel. We ate in the bar where we received great service and menu suggestions. After the waiter suggested haggis, my son was happy... More

We had an excellent meal after a long day of hiking. Very cozy atmosphere in a beautiful building. Local venison can't be beat.

This really is a restaurant and bar (you can eat in either with the same menu) with the most stunning view with food to match. The staff were once again very friendly and the food just fantastic. The game terrine with a lovely relish was delicious and the chicken stuffed with chorizo on a basil mash and perfectly cooked crunchy... More
