The food was fresh and classic English. Very cozy on a March evening with the fire place burning. Definitely would recommend.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was lovely, we ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was really good. Breakfast was also good. Would definitely recommend.

This was my second visit to this pub, both times the food and the service have been first class, but if you want to stand at the bar with a pint and chat to your friends forget it.

Stopped off with friends for quick rest and enjoyed the shagweaver ale. Good choices from local breweries and priced well given setting. Lovely beer garden and inside it's very nice with open fire. Cheers

However when you are eating your meal you don't expect this in the restaurant with the aroma wafting through- everyone was talking about it and... More
