We had a very good dinner at Antiche Volte during our stay at the hotel. We had a great semi circular table that was cozy and romantic. The staff is delightful and service was unhurried (some might say slow but if you're on vacation and staying there the pace felt nice). They brought out a tray with several amuse bouche... More

This is a lovely restaurant at Palazzo Righini with superb food and service. Staff were helpful and warm. The food was amazingly presented, innovative and tasted fabulous. There were funky palate cleansers between each course which were yum! Hard to fault. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Palazzo Righini. Great hotel with an over the top restaurant. It's an experience. Food was delicious. The tasting menu offered a varied selection, one course better than the next. Good wine list with affordable Barolos. Service was impeccable and friendly.

This is a do not miss. One of a kind in Fossano. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful and our dinner was excellent. My husband loved the escargot he had for appetizer and we really enjoyed the chateaubriand for our main course. The chef kept sending out more tastings, everything was wonderful! Truly a wonderful dinner.

The space is spectacular. The brick walls and vaulted wine room proved the perfect backdrop for an excellent meal. The creative locally inspired menu provided a little something for everyone. The highlights of the meal where the snails with porcini mushrooms and basil foam, pumpkin tortellini and the gianduja souffle.

We stayed in Fossano for five nights due to Trip Advisor reviews for this hotel. The hotel is wonderful and the other restaurant is very nice, especially if weather permits eating outside. This formal restaurant is in the basement and they pulled out all the stops. We were treated like royalty, just like everyone else, and got just what one... More

This meal was outstanding. In fact, it was the best meal of our two week trip to Italy. We opted for the 8 course tasting menu for 62 Euro and it packed a punch from the first dish to the last. I'd even add the the Tortelli with pumpkin, butter, parmesan and licorice to the list of top 5 dishes... More

This was definitely thé best restaurant where we have eaten (twice even) during our holidays. All the plates were nicely decorated, the tastes fitted perfectly together, the wine list was top.

It was the last day of our holidays and we wanted to celebrate it in Antiche Volte. We heard some very good opinions about that restaurant. But it occured terrible. To our indignation at the begging of the dinner we noticed some food moths flying around! After some minutes it fell to my full glass of wine. I called a... More
