Ended up here unplanned on a very rainy Friday lunchtime. Beautiful meal, we went for the full 3 courses fixed menu (could have chosen every dish) for €35 and definitely worth it. Lamb meatballs with a grape inside and a tatsiki dip served with salad and frites was delicious as were all the other dishes. Highly recommend.

Poul et Boul is a pleasant catering business with a heart for regional products. You will find the well-known Chimay beers as well as local gin, rum, cider and cheese.
This starting business has a rather limited food menu, but all dishes are fresh daily!
Definitely go for the chicken croquettes, they are irresistible!
The staff is very friendly and the waiter is a real ambassador of the region.

Back a year after the opening of "Poul et Boul", we were pleasantly surprised by the progress of the brand. Menu provided but always in the POULet et BOULettes spirit, that is to say only fresh products (fries, mayo, etc.) and highlighting local products and artisans. Very nice home.

Very nice place (special mention for the tiles, the choice of colors and the dog). Short menu guaranteeing freshness and local products. Smiles and a good atmosphere too. Homemade fries (unfortunately this is becoming more and more rare). I recommend !

What a brilliant restaurant. There was a set menu for €35 which had a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 2 desserts. Everything was freshly prepared and excellent, using local ingredients. The owner and host, Natalie, was very friendly, explaining each dish as our French was not good enough to translate the menu. Nothing was too much trouble! If you are in Chimay and want a fantastic dining experience, you can not do better than Poul & Boul!
