Popped in for a pint and to check out the food. Pub has a large restaurant area and a separate bar. Restaurant area was nearly empty. A man was using a laptop and nursing a drink at one table, so we assumed it would be OK to have our drink there while checking out the menu. On ordering our drinks... More

This was the first time we had eaten at the Albion but we had noticed it is always busy which we took as a good sign. No disappointment. The food was excellent. The service was great. The only downside was the bias towards meat lovers although there were a couple of vegetarian options and where we sat the lights were... More

We've visited The Albion a number of times now and have yet to feel welcome, not family friendly. One room doesn't allow kids the other is set up for food so if you go with your family be prepared to sit outside.

We had a lovely family meal sat outside over looking the estuary. The meal was served very quickly which was great because we were very hungry. The toilets were spotless and the staff very friendly.

Good service. Food good. Nice seating area area outside for the summer over looking the sea. Big disappointment in prices. £4.30 a pint of Carlsberg. A rip off. Just no need to charge these prices. They have premium lagers - wouldn't like to think how much they charge for them!

We arrived here on a wet miserable Friday afternoon to have an early dinner with our grand daughter Hannah and our Two great grand children. We sat up in the top area which is comfortable for little people _away from the bar _ The manager here is exceptionally welcoming as are all the staff. Food is hot and tasty good... More

Cosy pub atmosphere with good service - lovely food especially the lamb stew! Slightly expensive but worth it with a window view of the viaduct.

This is the place to come in Arnside. Fantastic location opposite the prom and there was a roaring fire at the time of our visit. As regards the food I expect a hearty plateful when ordering pub grub and made the mistake of ordering a 'special'. The chef clearly thought this was a license to serve up thumbnail portions of... Description
Fantastic location in the Village of Arnside on the banks of the Kent Estuary with stunning views and sunsets across the Lakeland Hills. We have a large external seating area, ideal for watching the famous "Bore" and looking over the fells. Traditional British Pub, award winning service and food, providing table service for fresh food, utilizing local suppliers and produce and featuring daily specials. A Vault Bar with real fire, a minimum of 4 Cask Ales, good quality continental lagers and a well-selected wine list selected by EWGA ltd.

Unfortunately we do have limited seating inside for families who are wanting to come for drinks only, as children are not permitted in the Vault Bar.
