Description
The kitchen of Chef: Francis Rugolo & Joseph Zanchetta is at its best with fish dishes, starting from appetizers with various carpaccio, oysters, tuna tartare Sea bream, razor clams and more. The former are all made from seafood, fish fillets with fresh cherry tomatoes and other ingredients to discover. Then it was the turn of the sword carpaccio, tuna, sea bass, the latter also prepared to salt, a generous mixed grill, paella and fish soup.The wines are mostly Venetians, enjoy Prosecco di Valdobbiadene, Verduzzo golden Tai, Raboso, Cabernet and Merlot.Several theme nights, including that of the Venetian Chef Joseph to that of Posillipo Beautiful Chef Francesco with appetizers and other typical products of the native lands of the chefs. In addition, extensive menu of meat to the paper, with the chops Beef Fillets and Selavaggina reservation.
