The scallops were excellent however the salad mixta was heavily salted and difficult to eat (would’ve been better on the side). The eggs were the only vegetarian option other than salads and they were all served with fries which wasn’t very healthy. We were also charged for bread which wasn’t given to us but couldn’t argue it with them in Spanish (not sure if genuine accident or did it on purpose). Overall good seafood and nice waiter but all in all it was an average dining experience. For 2 people about €40 for dinner without alcohol

We found dinner at this restaurant a very positive experience, so we went back there for our ‘last supper’ before returning home after a lovely holiday in Galicia. The terrace is on a square near the sea, very quiet and with some trees. The food we choose was typical Spanish, calamari, langostinos, zamburinas, almechas, dorado al horno and lubina ... everything from the sea, all tasty and freshly prepared. Also a very friendly service. Price was OK, we paid once 60 € and once 85 € for 2, a bottle of nice Galician wine (Terras Gauda) included. I think back on this with pleasure.

The food is correct but not as amazing as expected, but the staff is really welcoming. The setting in front of the sea is beautiful.

Tourist Trap The food is overpriced and poor quality. We ordered the homemade croquettes, which were supposed to come with fries, for €12 (in the other restaurants next door, the same dish costs €4.5). We thought it would be because it's homemade, but clearly they're not homemade, just fried dough, with chips (around 8 units, lol). The staff is not professional and dont' know how to welcome people.

Great value for money- menu de dia €13. Our waiter Will was friendly and helpful. The menu was tasty and main course of fried little fishes was delicious. We ate outside in the sun. Great views.

Beautiful quiet little spot overlooking the castle on the island. We first called for drinks at lunch time, plenty taking advantage of the set menu lunch. We had dinner there 2 nights in a row, the Prawns with mushroom sauce was the best!!! Really helpful staff as our spanish is not so good!!

We had a lunch today in this lovely restaurant. Everything was fresh and quickly delivered. As it was a hot day we could eat in a shade outside the restaurant. I’ll recommend menu of the day (black spaghetti with calamari was suuuuper!). Good money for amazing food with a beautiful sea view.

Stopped here a couple of times on our trip. Food was great, beer was cold, and the view of Santa Cruz castle made it the perfect place to catch the sun, even in December! The service can be a little slow when they are busy, but the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Perfect for an aperitif and then a meal while enjoying the sunset on the island of Santa Cruz. While the children enjoy playing on the beach. Exceptional location, and a very friendly, smiling and helpful waiter who speaks perfect English. Excellent food. What more can I ask? And wine by the glass is delicious

I sat at a table in front of the castle, and asked for a soft drink, the waiter told me that if I wanted to eat from the menu, I said no, that I wanted to snack on something, he told me that I did want an omelet and I said yes, he got into it. the bar and immediately he came out and told me that he didn't have an omelet, I told him that then zamburiñas, and he told me one or half a portion, and I told him half, immediately he came back and told me I can't give you anything to eat, the kitchen is closed, I was seeing dishes coming out all the time, and a family was served food and they had come after me. If I end up without eating anything, when I go to pay he tells me a soft drink and a tortilla skewer, and he asks me for 6 euros or so, I tell him that they haven't given me any tortilla skewers. I paid for the soda and left angry. It's a shame that because I don't ask for a menu, I don't even get a sandwich. Imagine that I am a journalist, or a food critic, or I have a blog,

Very scarce. I don't expect too much from the menu of the day but this is the smallest I've ever had. I'm sorry.
