We recently had the pleasure of staying in Haria so we chose this restaurant on a couple of occasions for evening meals. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent particularly the steak and superb ice cream. The tonka bean one is to die for !. Must also add that the staff were very friendly too.

Slow food. Top quality. Friendly waitress. It's a restaurant where you should go if you have some time to enjoy good food.

We went there after having consulted the Lonely Planet. Each had a mixed salad with a few gambas and a bit of fruit. The salad leaves had seen better days and had not been properly rinsed: crunch crunch. Not worth €10 per portion. A total ripoff. A glass of white wine €5+. The service was friendly.

Absolutely brilliant tapas. Spinach croquettes, spicy, cumin baked aubergine, fresh quail eggs, local salmon on green salad, Canarian potatoes. Lovely local red to wash it down with followed by a very light lemon delice. We will be back.

Read reviews about La Puerto Verde and looked forward to visiting it for lunch. What a let down. It started well with an interesting menu and lovely bread with olive dip. Ordered a salad with feta, nuts, tomato, lettuce and red onion. When it arrived it was obvious the cheese wasn't feta. I asked the waitress, who genuinely wasn't sure,... More

Very good slow food restaurant in the little town of Haria. I particularly liked the dish of the day ( sort of lobster bisque) and the home made bread. We also liked the mixed tapas plate. Staff went the extra mile to accommodate my baby boy and they were very professional .

We visited here on valentines day lunch time after looking at the reviews, unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. Ordered the mixed tapas for two just to see what all the fuss was about.. 8 small potatoes with sauce, some aubergine in a spicy 'ish' sauce, 5 croquettes and some salad with balsamic dressing. All very bland and definitely... More

We had dinner here twice. Both times top quality food. Worth the visit and the money. Talking about money, they definitely should change there point-of-sale system, because their sales slips are completely undeciplerable. Pity. Mainly non-local visitors, because kitchen closes early to Lanzarote standards.

We ate here twice during a 1-week stay in nearby Arrieta. Both times, the meals were cooked and presented perfectly. The meat dishes had good selections of accompanying vegetables, the sauces were exquisite and the wines suggested by the table staff were perfect. Three special mentions: 1. The slow-cooked lamb; 2. The slow cooked pork; 3. Coulant de Chocolat negro... More
