They have a variety of Italian food in their menu. I liked their Quesadilla and Panini. The staffs are accommodating.

Nice tasty food, many choices, service was good. Our order was sufficient for our lunch. There were many costumers around, which means many patronized it. That was also our way to measure the service, food, and all if we're new to the place; though others may have it done in different way. Very good fast food store.
Had the chicken quesadilla and if they had served it on a soft flour tortilla I'd have given them every star in the sky. Almost made up for it with the Sriracha sauce. Beer can't get any colder. One free refill coffee 59 peso. Get off yur feet st Frankie's.
When you go to the ICM mall, you can not miss Frankie's; very good fast food. Many choices; burgers, pizza (not recommended), Persian, Mexican, etc... It is cheap, but good quality fast food. Only thing for me is that their "plastic' glasses look dirty, because of wear and tear...
Good for relaxing and people watching, mostly friendly staff. Last visit was disappointing, so disappointing that I forget what it was......it certainly wasn't what I was expecting and sure wasn't close to being genuine.
They just reopened and are going through some teething pains. The restaurant has an ambitious variety of western and European dishes, but most show a bit too much of Filipino influence, ie: missing many important flavors and ingredients. But for something different, it is just fine. Gourmet dining it is not.
It's been quite some time since Frankies was operational. Good to see it back. New kitchen apparently otherwise no change. Same menu and that is great because the food is really food. Good food, great prices. Best place to eat ICM
Great sandwiches Local expat owner so all original fare. Try the Rueben. Good location in ICM mall which is a must visit.
I understand how this place is packed with foreigners, it could be delicious to their taste. Filipinos generally prefer sweeter foods hence our spaghetti, or pizzas usually have a taste of something sweet. I've been there twice, first was a couple of years ago, I think I ordered a curry, but I didn't like it at all, even barely finished... More
