Only the view of tokyo is pleasant, service slow and the kitchen serves mediocre food. They want to be a bit pretentious, but result is modest.

We went here coz it is my friend's birthday. The foods are yummy but only few choices. The main dish is good, the view from your seat( if your seat is in the window part) is very nice, you can see the Tokyo dome which is so romantic.

The Artist's Cafē was located on the 43rd floor of Tokyo Dome Hotel. They served buffet meals, foods are yummy w/ a great views. Reminders: jackets are not allowed to wear inside the restaurant.

Like a lot of the places we visited in Tokyo this place was friendly and warm, great fit-out, nice spot and overall we enjoyed the lunch, but poor value for the lacklustre offering. We really only ate here because we were staying at the hotel

Staying in Yotsuya / Iidabashi

Neighbourhood Profile
Yotsuya / Iidabashi
Yotsuya and Iidabashi are areas that developed around the outer moat of the Imperial palace. Nearby in Kagurazaka, there is an old red-light district with a photogenic feel evocative of the ambiance of old Tokyo. Narrow paths with stone paving remain to this day, and there are long-standing restaurants with geishas and quaint old cafes in townhouse buildings.
