Typical big hotel restaurant. Considering they do amazing Japanese breakfast here hard to understand they can do omelette and bacon really well. The coffee is average sadly and the prices are huge. Great coffee place Pellini across the road which you should try if you're staying at this hotel.

We had pancake (their specialty), it was ok. The rest of the meal were much better, maybe I am not a big fan of pancakes in general. Spacious seats, very good for business meetings.

This is a great place for enjoying an American style meal. We ate breakfast and lunch here and both times the meals where great. This is nice place to dine and not the fancy type place. Is more American type with some Japanese food too.

Great place to have a relaxing meal. Breakfast is sumptuous and good too. Has a variety of western food including pancakes, waffles and french toast.

Expensive for any meal, but this was our most convenient location for the daily breakfast meetings before going to the customer location. The buffet is just right in quality and quantity, but way over priced.

Had breakfast here with 2 colleagues recently while visiting Tokyo. Hey big chose hot breakfasts (one on letter and one American) while I chose cereal and fruit. I quickly regretted my choice. The meals my colleagues chose were wonderful when clearly I was seen as a leper. Even my plain white toast was forgotten and I had to ask for... More

The beauty of Japanese service is in subtle thoughtfulness. Clues can be found in the small detail and it may not be so easily apparent. When decades of training, experience and thoughtfulness are served before your eyes, I take my hat off to the Parkside Diner of the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. My highest recommendation goes here.

Staying at the Imperial hotel this is a nice place to have breakfast. It is sit down & not the traditional buffet which I thought was a pleasant change

The Parkside Diner was fine as far as food was concerned, but the service was confused on three different mornings. There was delays in having the order taken and then to get the food delivered. The place was serviceable.

Frequented by foreigners and some locals, this restaurant is an easy and fairly fast place to get a bite to eat. The prices are appropriate for the level of the Imperial hotel. The eggs can be runny for my American palate, but asking for them "well done" solved that. Watch carefully on the bill, sometimes they confuse you with another... More
