On the 17th floor you will have a fantastic view on the city. Food is served on buffet, all you can eat. Good and fine food. Price is a little bit high: 8,500 Yens for dinner.

Lunch buffet is extraordinary. Excellent range of choice from salads to desserts . Most of the hot dishes freshly prepared as well as sushi and tempura . Desserts simply incredible range of choices . Superb views across th entire city as the restaurant revolves . Great experience if somewhat expensive but worth it .

This is a good option in Akasaka area, the tables are on a turntable that rotates 360 degrees so you will enjoy the views from all the perspectives (if you usually get dizzy , better stay at home) Regarding the meals , we choice the buffet option, for a good price we enjoyed a really good Japanese food with especially... Love it and I try to visit it every time I am in Tokyo. It is a bit expensive, probably not worth it for me as I Dont eat much but as it is a buffet type of service I am sure a good eater Will no doubt enjoy more. But the views are amazing, and the service exquisite. Around... More

This has an amazing view and setting. Food is good, but not cheap, about 100 USD:person only for the buffet. Wines only start at 70 USD for a modest local Japanese white cabernet sauvignon. Aperitives 15 USD, Japanese whisky from 20 USD. Service times were misleading. We entered at 8 PM. The waiter mentioned nothing about opening times, got us... More

It was my younger cousin's birthday and me and my other cousin decided to try and find something special to do for it. We found this restaurant and thought it would be perfect, especially with its unique rotating rooftop room which meant we could have dinner with a great view. When we arrived, we were "greeted" by a man named... More

Amazing experience overall - as it is expected in Japan, service was great and the food very tasty. We ordered the pre-fixed menu with appetizer, entree and desert and it was a great idea.

I was staying at the New Otani and went here for a dinner with a colleague. The views were amazing, and so was the food. The restaurant slowly rotates so you get to view the entire city from a vantage location.
