What a fantastic experience from start to finish. First, getting greeted by name by hostess then server. Then the lovely set appetizer, pumpkin soup was divine as was the chilled beef and seafood. Then the main show, the Kobe beef was expertly cooked and matched well with salt pepper and I love adding the wasabi and soy to give it... More

Teppanyaki tends to be expensive at the best of times and this is no exception but is a dining experience worth trying. The views from the restaurant at the top of the Imperial hotel are very good and the food is exceptional. Even the 'normal' beef (i.e. not Kobe beef) is better and cooked better than you will find almost... More

Was hosted for lunch here by business partner. We had a private room and the menu was customized for us. Service was excellent, and the meal was well prepared. The Japanese filet beef steak was excellent

The restaurant sits atop the Imperial hotel & has beautiful views over Tokyo. We decided that this meal was going to be our big splurge & it was worth it! Yes it is expensive but the true Teppanyaki experience in Japan is. The quality if the food including the wag you was great & it was just amazing watching the... More

We were expecting a fabulous Teppanyaki meal and were exremely disppointed. The steak and fish were cooked to perfection, but, we found the chef dour and uncom municative and the rest of the food very ordinary. Unbelievably expensive, but, we don't mind paying for excellence.when it is delivered. We certainly would not recommend it to our friends whom we have... More

Was entertained here for business last week. Don't know what total bill was in the end so cannot comment on value. But the quality was par ecellence. Primus inter pares. I cannot find enough superlatives. Had a starter, then a fantastic wagyu (mine was done rare to medium rare, just the way wagyu should be done) which started as really... More

We ordered the Wadakura set menu and were flabbergasted by how delicious it was. From foie gras to lobster to wagyu steak, our Teppanyaki chef prepared everything with meticulous care. It's not the cheapest place in Tokyo (¥26000 per person + 10% service charge), but it's definitely one of the best!

Read other reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to dine in our hotel (Imperial). Was not disappointed. High floor, high ceiling, very open layout. Service was absolutely perfect and the quality of the beef was spectacular. Get ready for sticker shock -- it's expensive.

This is of course a very good restaurant in a the gold standard of tokyo - imperial hotel. But for the price, if you only want great meat- you can find other places better.
