I have tried both breakfast and lunch at this buffet restaurant, inside of Imperial Hotel Tokyo. Service is good. Food is excellent, there are some items that I didn't see at other buffets in Tokyo. However, the number of selections is quite limited. High price.

the main restaurant for breakfast. the selection was good and staffs were very friendly, as expected. the view from the restaurant is just great, overlooking the Hibiya Park and Imperial Palace.

A good variety of dishes to choose from, great service, and good wine as well. It is not a "Vegas" style buffet which is overwhelming, but a decent size with good options.
