I went to Sweets and Deli while staying at the Palace Hotel for some treats to take up to my room as it is located in the basement level of the hotel. I had a lovely raspberry tart and a sandwich - both were delicious, though I suppose that is not surprising as you don't have to look to far... More

This was fine, but the treats looked better than they tasted. The price was what you expect in Tokyo, the service impeccable. Have to take out - no place to sit and enjoy.

In the basement arcade of the Palace Hotel this little shop is a real treat. They have a great selection of deli items and cakes. We tried a sandwich and a cake. Both delicious.

I bought some delicious cheeses, bread, and chocolate. Then I walked across to the Imperial Gardens to enjoy them. The food was terrific! They gave me everything I needed: a wipe to clean my hands, fork, Ice packs. Would definitely get again. I was by myself when I enjoyed my self made picnic, but it would also be great for... More

This sweet shop provided a daily pleasure while we stayed in the Palace Hotel Tokyo. Conveniently located in the bottom level of the hotel, there were many options to choose from to delight the sweet tooth. Pastries, chocolates, jellies, danishes, juices, and other baked goods. Absolutely wonderful!

Beneath the resplendent Palace Hotel lies a secret world, the hotels arcade - connecting to the Tokyo subway. Sweet & Deli is a treat, filled with, well, treats.

A nice little sweet and savory shop with delicacies available about 18 hours a day when you don't feel like visiting the restaurant. Try the fresh mandarin or apple juices. Like nothing you've ever had before.

We tried the Sakura pieces and they were delightful. The Sakura macarons were a bit on the tough side. It's not chewy and soft like normal macarons. We also tried their croissants and breads, not as good as the ones at cafe Viron though, which is also walking distance from the palace hotel.
