After visiting the Tuna Auction, we queued up at 6AM to eat fresh sushi at the Market. It was well worth it. One of us had their set menu for ¥3,500 while one chose piece by piece. I recommend doing the menu which will feature Tuna and some other seafood. While the restaurant is trying to get as many customers... More

Waited in the rain for about 2 hours and then another 45 mins on the line with the roof overhang. We went the morning before a typhoon hit. Sushi was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were amazed at my husband's height. We got some nice pictures with the sushi chefs and servers to remember the awesome experience.

We were the last couple they accepted for lunch around 12:15pm. We feared we had to wait for 1-2 hours but it only took 45 minutes. Well worth the wait. Excellence service and food. Probably the best sushi I have had. I also got 1 portion extra salty fish because order of beer.

We had read and viewed all the hype and decided to try it. After 3 hours of waiting, we went in and ordered the "Omakase - trust the chef" menu (4,000 yen). None of the items were anything special and we felt the overall experience was disappointing and not worth the wait.

the wait for lunch was on average 2.5 to 3 hours. So make sure you are there with a friend so you don't get too bored. While you are waiting, you are bound to think about giving up. DON'T! Just remember that you are not going in for food, you are going in for a food experience. It is something... More

When I arrived it was raining and it was cold. The hot green tea with miso fish soup was a perfect combination to warm me up. I ordered their pre pick sushi patter which turn out great. Enjoy if you decide to eat here :). Note: Yen Cash Only

It is a very nice place to appreciate the real Sushi in Tokyo! Everything is really very good and very fresh! I had a late lunch, around 16h, and fortunately NO line! But usually it is very cloud! The place is small and very traditional. The price is good for the quality. I recommend to order OMAKASE, around 4000yenes per... More

What sushi tastes like for breakfast after waiting three-and-a-half hours before getting served? Well... in one word, exquisite! Fresh fish from one of the best sushi restaurants in Japan. We were served 10 pieces of nigiri, four pieces of sushi roll, cup of miso soup (with fish broth), a small omelet cube, and green tea. The chef picked out the... More
