The Ginza Corridor is long row of restaurants between the JR Yurakucho and Shimbashi stations, located under an elevated highway. While some of these may at first appear to be dives, the food is anything but. Here we had some of our most memorable meals:...More

Feeling like having some grilled fish and vegetables, after exploring the Shimbashi neighborhood, I was seduced by the hand made soba with the chef making the dough right there in the window. Ultimately decided on crab salad, which they sprinkled red pepper flakes and added...More

This is a decent restaurant for large groups in Tokyo. Came here with my whole office and had a fun evening. Food is just OK.

Would never go to this horrible unfriendly restaurant, food not that good anyway. Waiter is very unwilling to help with food advice and seats are uncomfortable. Most unusual for a JAPANESE restaurant to be so unfriendly .

In 11 person, not so easy find a restaurant on Saturday evening. I've called a friend that live in Tokyo, and he give me the name of this restaurant. They assign to us a private room on first floor, where we can stay very comfortable....More

We ate here two nights running we enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service so much. The menu selection is terrific and being served in a themed setting from the Edo period made it a little more interesting. When we paid the bill (most reasonable) on...More

A wide range of options here that will suit any palette. We had a seafood soup, horse sashimi (amazingly tender), dried fish and duck. The setting is of traditional Japan with individual booths and wood finishing. The only downfall was our soup came with an...More

This is near a row of restaurants so a lot of choice. We came here because we were recommended. Was disappointed that they didn't have enough sashimi and i would have liked. Having said that we really liked the food. The gyoza pie was it...More

There are plenty of restaurants on this street in Ginza and we have chosen Tofuro randomly. Food quality is average, service speed is a bit slower than average and language is problem when you want to order. I would have chosen another one if I...More

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
