I had some friends visiting from USA and they wanted to have a traditional japanese experience so we went Hamadaya. What made our meal special here was the service. Kimono clad waitresses who made everything into a ceremony. 100 year old building and the restaurant run by third and fourth generation family members. A night to remember.
