A nice place with Romanian traditional food but also multi-cuisine.You can serve over here breakfast,lunch,dinner and coffee and drinks.As service we can say: a great place for groups,catering,take out and useful in taking reservations. Regarding paying system:they accept cash,visa card,master card. A great ambiance and i will come back with pleasure anytime.

Great food, nice enviroment. Do not get scarried away by the entrance.
Looking for a restaurant when we just arrived in Turda, we initially thought it was closed. They should signal it better.
Got recommended by a local to eat there. The restaurant was welcoming, the menu was accomodating all tastes amd requirements,

I had lunch with my family.
We ate traditional food and since I'm a romanian myself I can confirm that its the good food and taste kind of quisine. The prices are cheap.
Do not get fooled of the entrance it looks kind of communist with that old style logo but inside its modern and they even have a summer garden in the back.

Very good quality/price ratio, great food, fast serving. We ate here 3 days in a row, tried every time different things (ciorba, bulz, salad, pizza, mamaliga etc) and were not dissapointed by any of it. Fairly large portions.

The staff treated us like scum for being non Romanian, we were happy to pay money to eat there but the highly strung girl in the garden had a mental breakdown, pulled extremely bizarre facial expressions and ran away and left us, she was disgusted that we were British!!!!
The girl indoors once we went to the front confused by the running girl with her contorted face also told us we aren't welcome for being British.
Thankfully Hunters: Castle are lovely and not racist.
Please don't attempt to eat at this place if you aren't Romanian as they seem to hate you.
Thankfully most of Romania has been lovely to is.

We ate 3 times at this restaurant in their back yard during our stay in town. The waiters were very nice and professional and the food was delicious. Don't be fooled by the entrance or the look from the street. Once you get in through the long hallway you'll get to the tables in the back yard, which during the hot summer days offered us shade and a cool ambient.

We ate 3 times and the food was always good and tasty!!! We tried rusalca plate, the soups , pizza and all were tasty. The price range is very good also.

Very friendly helpful staff , good quality food, tried the local specialty and soup which was great and only cost £3 in total- One of the few places where you feel you should tell the restaurant they need to charge more

First: we left before ordering so I cannot say whether the food is good or not, but I still believe that their behavior was unwelcoming.
We arrived at the restaurant around 7pm for dinner. When entering no one welcomed us. We stayed on the door for couple of minutes until one of the girls took us to the table. She didn't even sit us, but just pointed to the table from the other side of the room. It was not a problem, we've been in Romania for quite some time now, but she looked very busy with all the other customers. She was running around even if the room had only 14pax at the moment and the waiting staff was about 4 people. We had to wait almost 10mins after being seated in order to receive the menus. We were quite hungry so we were ready to order straight away. An amazing guy, very polite, touched our table after roughly 10mins. As he reached us he said there was a waiting time of 1 hour, even for smaller portions of fries, bread and other starters. We left immediately, since we ate nothing from breakfast. I work in the industry myself and I would never judge waiting time on food but I found unacceptable that we were aware of it 30mins after entering the restaurant. We wasted our time and left hungry.

Came here because of Trip Advisor's review and we did not regret it. The food was good, not spectacular but good and the service was good as well. The restaurant looks boring from the street but they have a very nice and quiet terrace in the backyard. Cheap as well.

We ate here 3 times. The staff are friendly (not always a given in Romania). The food was good. The eating area out the back is a pleasant place to eat.
My only quibble is that they twice brought the starters with the main course.

The place is quite nice and the food is good or very good. We have been there for lunch. The serving was satisfactory and only the soup wasn't too hot. But overall, it is a good choice in Turda to eat.

Working in the Aries valley and based in Turda, this town centre restaurant was very close to our accommodation and was satisfactory enough for us to use it several times. The menu includes both a range of Italian dishes (pasta, pizzas and others) and also Romanian dishes. Food quality was above average and the service also good, though we were there on very quiet evenings. Serves local wines, beers and cocktails. The rooms are modern and clean but seemed a bit lacking in character. Worth considering if you're in Turda.

This restaurant in the heart of the city offers a good variety of fresh and tasty food. They also have a cake shop (patiserie) that has been around since the Communism era, where they make the tastiest cakes. Seriously, people from Cluj are coming to buy these cakes and sweets. I highly recommend the place - they have a cute garden in the back, where you get privacy and it's really quiet.
