We made a special trip there today 8th June only to find that it is no longer a tearoom but is a community shop. We were told the owner was undecided as to whether she was going to open the tearoom up again. Maybe they...More

My second visit here and equally as good as the first. We had high tea. The quality of the food, savoury and sweet is exceptional. But make sure you go hungry, the portions are good. The local scenery is beautiful, so a good walk beforehand...More

The inside of this tearoom is amazing. It must be seen to be believed. We enjoyed a delightful lunch. The menu is limited, but the food is delicious and served with care and some might say love. The deserts are exotic in name and taste....More

Great place, really friendly staff. Excellent service. Food great, I had soup which was amazing and the bread was also great Hubby tried haggis for the first time with a jacket spud and cheese, he enjoyed it. Also dog friendly so it's all good.

The best high tea we've ever had. Here on holiday and after going to kittys everywhere else we went seemed second best. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere and fabulous food. Would have gone every day if we'd found it sooner 😁

What a delightful place! Old-fashioned charm and a warm welcome. Great selection of home-made cakes and excellent tea. Poppy, who served us, was very pleasant. A family business. We enjoyed it do much, we returned the next day.

The history surrounding Kitty's has made it unique, being set in a Victorian house, built by a retired sea captain circa 1840. The Captain commisioned local carpenters to put in place the wonderful panelled ceiling, removed from a ship which was broken up in nearby Palnackie Harbour. The origional panneled ceiling and walls, still survive to this day and I'm sure you'll agree the workmanship was second to none. Kitty is privilaged to own and run this small family buisness in such beautiful surroundings. And looks forward to welcoming you. OPEN SEVEN DAYS A WEEK FROM EASTER WEEKEND TO BEGINING OF NOVEMBER.
