I took 2 colleagues for lunch to say thanks for some hard work. 2 of us ordered the stone bass (the most expensive item on the lunch menu). Mine fish was about 2 inches long by one inch wide and half and inch deep. The vegetables were similarly skimpy. I went for lunch, not a tasting session and have been... More

Highly recommended for lunch. Always an interesting menu with local produce. Fish and chips highly recommended. I asked for extra minted mashed peas last time and it was no trouble....Had dinner here too, need to book! Oh and the gin menu is with coming a long way for too. Keep up the amazing work. 5 stars!

Wife and two Daughters for lunch to celebrate my elder Daughter passing her exams. Cost for 4 was around £100 but well worth it for the quality of the cooking and wonderful sauces.

Went for lunch and took good friends. Service was impeccable. Tried a sample of each real ale. Sat and had a wonderful lunch, 3 of us had the fish (haddock) and chips. The fish had a lovely crispy batter and was cooked to perfection. Best I've had seen The Waterfront in Oban. The quality of the service continued throughout the... More

Great selection of gins. The food here is always good and the menu changes often. Great, friendly service. We go here often would thoroughly recommend it for family, friends or dinner à deux.

Have eaten here several times before. Menu changes regularly although retains a couple of staples. This not pub food. The quality is great and consistent. No it's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
