This little cafe was recommended. It is a nice old house with a pretty "backyard" patio. The service was good despite the restaurant being crowded on a warm sunny day. The "signature" fish and chips were great and arrived in a reasonable time give the...capacity crowd. Well worth going back on my next Island trip.More

The food was a bit dry and left something to be desired, but the service was absolutely wonderful! Left a larger than normal tip as a result.

I eat here quite often as I live close by and have tried quite a few things off the menu and everything is seriously consistently amazing! I love the half fries half salad option because the fries are to die for and the house dressing...is amazing with the fresh salad! Definitely eat here and go back!!More

On the out skirts of Qualicum Beach on Hwy 19 A heading up island there is this seaside restaurant, that is a nice spot to have a lovely meal. The restaurant is not a fancy place, but serves fresh food daily. On the weekend they...have entertainment playing. It is a Korean family that run it and the food and service is good. They had a special menu for Valentines day, but there is a variety of choices to chose from. They also have local Artist paintings hanging on their walls that you can purchase, if you see something that takes your eyes. Give a try and you will be pleased.More

I came primarily to listen to locals jam at the cafe and also have a dinner. The dinner turned out to be great. I chose the breaded oysters and they were hot and delicious. It came with fries and coleslaw. The fries were hot and...crisp. I like my hot food hot. Service was very good as well. The jam was acoustic, at a pleasant level, and included a number of my favorite favorite folk and classic rock songs. There is a live music jam most Friday evenings.More

So happy to finally experience this restaurant. We often drive by but never go in. I'm sure glad a group of us ventured in. The menu was so extensive with many favourites that made the selection for all of us very challenging! Finally decided on...the days fish and chip special. All agreed it was excellent! The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and comfortable with interesting pictures and paintings thoughout the establishment that reminded me of a rustic cottage.More

Too bad schnitzel had to be made during my dinner. Even tho the server spoke to kitchen about the noise, we quickly finished our dinner and as we left the banging continued. It was an hours worth. Not going on Monday anymore
