Panaghoy means cry in Filipino and suba is river in Visayan. The river is pristine and the sorrounding vegetation lush, so what isn't delighting in having to ply down this scenic river on a boat while having your lunch and being serenaded? This is one of the top must do in Bohol. The food is fresh and the people are... More

At first I was not too excited about this lunch cruise but after awhile I enjoyed it very much. The food was pretty good and the scenery beautiful. They locals sing and entertain and young children swimming in the river but everything seems to be staged as if on a "ride". I was glad it was a short cruise.

It's my 3rd time in Bohol. I went back with my parents in May 2017 because it's their first time. If you ask them, they love the experience, the same way I felt back in 2005. Don't expect much about the food. They can't take their chances in serving tasty and saucy food because it will only spoil quickly in... More

cruise on Loboc river-Comercialised on masive scale.. I believe one ship leaves every 20 or so minutes with 50 ppl on board.. they have at least 15 boats.. feels odd . The cruise lasts about an hour going to where a series of waterfalls empty in. Local kids dancing and singing along the way... boat will stop for show so... More

Very nice cruise on Loboc River. Has decent food and a solo singer/guitarist. The cruise lasts about an hour going to where a series of waterfalls empty in. Also a group of people dancing and singing along the way. Worth the visit with very reasonable rate for cruise and buffet.

Basically is 1 hour boat tour on the river while you are eating during the cruise. The views are nice but the food is terrible: very simple buffet with 3 very modest type of food offered and some fruits. Not sure how people can say the food is good as it was tasteless, overcooked and relatively expensive for it's quality.... More

Some of the people in this place said that this kind of lunch is famous so me and my family tried this and yes it's fun. Eating while the floating, we had a great lunch. And most of the filipinos are approachable and hospitable. The only part that we dont like is the water in this place, its brownish. Filipino... More

It rained during that day, but doesn't mean that'll stop the fun. I was assigned to ride the boat numero uno, and to my surprise I'm the only Filipino customer, until Jhong Hilario (Filipino celebrity) came. hahaha.. It was a buffet lunch style, I wouldn't say that the food was amazing, nor bad it's mediocre. Can be improved though. But... More

My partner and I went on a Bohol day trip, this was one of the stops we were least looking forward to but we were both pleasantly surprised! The scenery was awesome and its was really lovely to see the locals do their thing around us. The kids performance was also lovely too see, this ended up being a highlight... More

The experience was rather nice. The singers are good and there are a lot of interesting sights in the riverbanks. We even saw a water snake hastily crossing the river while the boat was about to pass by. The children's choir was entertaining too. The only thing that didn't satisfy was the limited food choices. They serve various kinds of... More
