It is located on the Chandigarh - Shimla HIghway at a place called Dharampur.The interiors are fine and spacious. The toilets are clean. We ordered Makke di roti and sarson da saag, Tandoor Chaap masala( a soya dish) , naan . All the dishes were...tasty and the portions are bigger than normal. Overall , a great experience. Great Stopover on the way between Chandigarh & Shimla

What a well done place. Neat, clean. Very clean toilets. Well spaced out restaurant, serving multi-cuisine. The decor from the time you enter, to the lobby to the all around restaurant set up is lovely. Would recommend a short walk around the dining hall to...see all the displays. Food quality is good and the portions are big. The place is a bit expensive, but if you order sensibly, you could get away @ approx. Rs.200/- per head, else if you order individual dishes for each person, you could end up @Rs.500/- each and a lot of wasted food. Service is slow and sloppy, and a bit unfriendly.More

We had lunch at the restaurant en route to Shimla. The place is huge and a bit intimidating. The service was kind, quick and professional, the staff spoke decent English. The menu is very rich and varied. The portions were quite big and the food...was excellent ! The price was quite fair.More

Awesome Haveli

The entrance to Dharampur Haveli on the kalka Shimla highway is pretty ordinary, looks like you're entering a sweet shop. But once you get down the steps to the actual restaurant the ambience and the decor are tastefully done to suit the name. Stopped there...for breakfast, parathas are reasonably priced and very tasty. One thing I couldn't understand why they don't serve curd along with the paratha, you have to buy it separately🙄🙄. Otherwise service and taste were worth the time and money spentMore

Good place in Dharmpur

Nice place with good food , ambience and clean washrooms. Located right on the NH highway on left side is coming coming Shimla.Good for children and elderly members

We stopped by this restaurant for lunch on our way to Shogi at the recommendation of our driver, Akash. We were not disappointed. The decor was good, the food was great and service prompt. Definitely worth multiple visits

Great food, good service

We stopped here for lunch enroute to Shimla. Absolutely loved the food - generous portions, bold and punchy flavours. The service was attentive but not intrusive. If you're taking this road, I'd recommend a halt here.

Great lunch place en route Shimla/ mashobra

We had vegetarian food. Dal tadka was to die for. Missi roti was awesome. fresh curd, palak paneer and Pindi chana were great as well. 90 min from Chandigarh airport.quick service, very good portions and very reasonable prices.

Very good family oriented restaurant

We visited the restaurant in December, 2018. The ambience was good, very comfortable eating section on the ground floor. It was tastefully decorated with antique objects, little paintings talking about history and a splendid view of the hills. The restaurant also boasts of a outer...area, awesome for kids ( refer pictures ). Nice time to chill with kids while waiting waiting for food. Now the food. We ordered yellow dal and brinjal bharta with butter nan and jeera rice. We initially ordered three main course dishes, but to our surprise, the lady taking the order told us that it would be too much. Never ever had I went to a restaurant, where the host tells us such a thing. They were right. The quantity served was huge capable of being finished by atleast four medium hungry folks. I was so glad that I ordered two main course dishes. The food served was homely and tasty, less spicy. Very reasonable pricing by the management. It is a ideal place to take your family and kids while on the way to and back from shimla kalka route. Full points to this place.More
