My daughter bought me a gift certificate for Abigail's last Christmas. Due to Covid we were not able to get there this summer. We decided we had better use up the gift card before this Christmas and went this afternoon. This is the first restaurant...I have dined in since February. As soon as you walk in you feel very comfortable. The Tea House is absolutely beautiful. We felt very comfortable with the measures that were taken to make us feel safe. The High Tea was absolutely beautiful. Everything was delicious and the presentation was it's own work of art. The owners are very friendly and took care of all of the guests. My daughter and I have been to many High Teas on our travels and I must say that the hospitality and food at Abigail's is now one of our favourites.More

A conversation with friends indicated we had never experienced High Tea and they said we had to go the Abigail's Tea House, so we did! A nice Sunday afternoon, a drive through the countryside to escape the rat-race of the city and the worry about...Covid. When you enter Abigail's you step back in time to a simpler time, free of stress and incredibly comforting.More

I would definitely visit again. We had a very good high tea that included fruit, chicken salad, finger sandwiches, an assortment of dainty sweet and savory treats and one of the best scones I've ever had. The room is charming and the owners are so...nice and welcoming. And the tea was good too. Highly recommended.More

I was so impressed with the special birthday lunch my friend treated me to. The staff was so friendly. All the food was delicious and certainly plentiful. Extra special care was taken for a beautiful presentation. Almost too pretty to eat, but please indulge. I...can’t wait to take my friends there for this exquisite experience.More

Abigails Tea House recently supplied an “over the top” assortment of goodies for a “High Tea Bridal Shower” that I hosted at my home. The assortment included English Scones with clotted cream and puréed jam, beautiful delicately designed finger sandwiches, delicious dainties and 2 types...of fabulous loose leaf tea. 6 of us enjoyed the High Tea before 35 others joined Virtually during this time of CoVid and social distancing. What a Wonderful way of Blessing others during this time and the owners were SO KIND to prepare each item with love and kindness! Please consider “Abigail’s Tea House” in St George as I would highly recommend them! ♥️♥️More

We stopped at Abigail's tea house during our day trip and had lunch. The place is extremely clean. The owners are very nice and provided an excellent service. The food was good and well presented. However, one thing that could be improved is that they...should clear your table before bringing the dessert. We had to eat our dessert and drink our tea while navigating the dirty dishes on our table. And the owner came twice to check on us during that time and never took any dirty dishes back to the kitchen.More

EXCELLENT! I love the friendly staff. So welcoming. Always checking to see if you want/need anything and checking that everything is alright. They greet you like you're old friends visiting their home for tea. Wonderful selection of teas, sandwiches and desserts. Love the cheese spread...& crackers. The scones, jam & Devonshire cream are to die for!More

Our first time but most certainly not the only or last!!! My husband & I try to go to new places for afternoon teas: in the last few years we’ve tried 20 of them! Abigail’s makes the top list: service & food were excellent! We’ll...be back, for sure...even if it means driving an hour to get there: so worth it!!! Thank you!More
