Seriously the best and creamiest ice cream ever! Will return to New Quay for this alone! The 'Malteaseme' is amazing. Reasonably priced too. Eat in or takeaway.

Visited New Quay for the day, pondered over where to eat as so much choice. Wanted good, decent fish and chips and we picked well. Portions are in the large side but so delicious the chips were left but the fish was eaten!! Scampi & cod was our choice and there was not a single piece left between us. Freshly... More

Nice ambience in here. Friendly service! Had a really delicious giant tea Cake! It IS very big! Nice pot of tea for two and only £5 so excellent value. Looks like they have quite a lot of choice on their menu if you're looking for a cheap decent lunch. Probably a good place to take young children too. Very large... More

We only wanted two teas, but appeared to be put in same queue as those wanting full cooked lunches. Bad attitude.

2 x cod specials, 2 x co, chips n mushy peas. We did worry as the table next had left and there was a fir bit left on their plates. Turns out that was because it was huge. The batter was fantastic and covering really chunky good sized slabs of perfectly cooked cod. Honestly some of the best we'd had... More

Been here very regular. As we live in the same village. Meals are awesome fresh and well presented. Staff happy and friendly. Excellent value for money. That's the restaurant side there is a chipshop next door which is equally as good. The food is awesome and cooked fresh. Really good staff. Friendly polite and happy to help all the time.

Popped by for some food on satuarday after reading the brilliant reviews. Food was brilliant and great price for the cod which was cooked perfect. One downside to this place is a member of staff with black hair and gold rings. Couldnt help but notice her vile attitude the whole time i was at the cafe. She seemed to not... More

Big portions and tasty fish and chips with friendly service. Fair prices too. Food had flavour. Would eat here again if in the area.
