I had an afternoon tea here with a friend today after hearing only great things from her especially about the scones. I can safely say I was not disappointed. The afternoon tea consisted of a choice if any sandwich from the menu, any scone and...More

I was so pleased my friend booked a table for us here (reservation needed to be sure of a table). The cream tea was amazing and so large! Really good value, homemade cakes and the scones were massive. Rhubarb scones and rhubarb jam were really...More

We stopped here for a cuppa whilst visiting my old Dad in a nearby care home. The scones and accompaniments were outstanding, so combined with friendly staff and a pleasant environment - what more could you want!

Rhubarb scone (huge), clotted cream and rhubarb jam. Scone hot out of the oven (their third batch of the day) and totally delicious. Lovely pot of loose tea and vintage china. Place was buzzing. Watched a little boy enjoying his teddy bear's picnic complete with...More

Had lunch here. You can reserve tables if you wish except between 1200- 2pm as this is their very busy time. Loads of home made cakes and stuff. Large portions so beware however if you can't manage it all they will provide you with a...More

On Wednesdays, you get free tea or coffee with the scones, which were absolutely sublime - I cannot remember enjoying a scone more!

Great service, great teacakes but you rate your experience as poor with only 2 stars? That seems very harsh! We would have been more than happy to make you another coffee if you were not happy but unfortunately we can't do this if you don't...More

Hi there, There are 2 pay and display car parks near to us which are 70p per hour. One in the High Street itself and one by the Steyning Centre (Fletchers Croft) Both are just a couple of minutes walk to us. Kind regards Kim
