Great, from fish and chips to their own homemade pies and puddings, we have never been disappointed. We are very lucky to have an excellent chippy in the town.

There is no pre frying here, when each new customer arrives, they are asked if they want fish and if so it is then prepared and cooked to order. The quality is first class, as are the proportions and the staff are very... More

Spur of the moment decision for my Wife and I to have a chippy tea. Not sure who was responsible for frying the chips tonight, Monday 3rd Oct, but they were dry and overdone and the homemade cheese pie over microwaved to to a brick like crust.

Slightly better than most chippies in the area. Biege fish and chips that are almost the same colour. This is not fault of the owners, they are ok for fish and chips fried in veggie oil, however, another local fish and chips shop fry the traditional way in beef dripping and they are far superior! Golden, crispy and full of... More

I'm a massive fish and chips fan and normally take ages deciding on which chip shop to go to - I was in the area for work and this one looked the part with a healthy queue and a nice environment so was an easy choice. The chips were some of the best I've had and the fish was great,... More

Fantastic food, helpful staff and very knowledgeable and quick. When I went in I asked a few questions about how they did their gluten free fish and chips, I was very pleased with the answers and knowledge I received. I was informed it would take about 10 mins for the food and I received the food before this time. I... More

The quality of the fish & chips is evident by the queues out of the door, fish fried to order. Plenty to choose from with a good selection of homemade pies as well as the normal chip-shop selections. Would definitely recommend
