No musak, no children, just a welcoming traditional pub with a great team. Only drinking on this occasion after a cross country walk, but have eaten there - all excellent and highly recommended. Best book ahead for a table as they are popular.

From the welcoming smile when we arrived to the good service and well presented food this pub does it all well. Its range of dishes on the menu was pleasantly varied without providing a long list of options that couldn't be provided fresh.
