When you go in it looks really basic - its in the name - cafe. However dont let that fool you. The food is fantastic and good value. Have taken friends and family, some from USA who were Thai food lovers - ALL were impressed...More

Absolutely delicious food- the deep fried ribs are outstanding. No fuss restaurant and it's reflected in the price but absolutely not the taste.

My boyfriend and I have been here several times and will continue to eat here. The title of my review is slightly ambiguous as I want to give a realistic review of the place: so here is our experience of The Tamarind Thai. If we...More

Quit the diet for one night and enjoy one of the best Thai restaurants around! Seriously though, if you speak to the owner Sasima , she will give you ideas for less rich dishes. Thai food isnt that fattening anyway.
