Each time we order we tell them to bake the pizza a little longer than normal. Why? Because the dough does not get baked all the way through. Many times get the pizza home and not cooked all the way through! Other alternative is to get the thin crust. But the toppings are "SUPER"

Awesome pizza. Nice new location and tons of pizzas to choose from. Fresh ingredients
None of that fake pre shredded cheese the other places use. This is real pizza.

There pizza would be great if the dough was cooked all the way through, very thick. Toppings are good, but they really need to do something about the dough!

The last two times the pizza is absolutely terrible The crust is raw and an inch thick and has no sauce but a hint of red in the middle.I dont know what happened....same owner, same guy making pizza...will not be going back .

Ordered some standard kinds of pizza while staying on the lake in Sorrento. Pretty good pizza! Easy to pick up at the pick up window instead of going in.

The wife and I stopped in today with our 15 month old girl after a long trip of driving around the beautiful shuswap.First we ordered the smaller portion of nachos.It was everything except small.Huge portion,lots of veggies ,meat and cheese.Delicious.The wife ordered a BBQ chicken and I ordered a loaded pizza.Both were excellent.Light,fluffy and crispy dough.Lots of toppings and cheese.This is our go to pizza place if we are out and about,but sadly we live a little ways from Sorrento or we would become regular customers.Interior is a little different.The menus are written all over the place but personally I think it ads some uniqueness.Keep up the great work Frankie’s

Lives here 12 years & this is the 1st time I've ordered pizza with Frankie's. The crust was undercooked (cooked it 15 mins longer at home) and it was a standard Hawaiian pizza, nothing to get excited about.

The pizza's are homemade - thick, thick crust and fairly conventional toppings. I haven't tried their pasta dishes but they do have them also. The large pizza is very large!

Frankie's has been a staple for Sorrento customers for years, they make the best pizza and are always quick to have it ready. The El Diablo is my favourite! The kick you get from the buffalo chicken really balances the creaminess of the mozzarella. And the customer service is always great. The guys always seem to be having a good time which in return makes you feel welcome.

We had been told that Frankie's was slow to get orders out but our experience was very good. Fast turn around in the early evening (30 mins for 3 x large pizzas) and the prices are fair for the area and the pizza very filling.
BBQ chicken is excellent!
