This was the BEST breakfast ever! They actually had options for people like me who have all sorts of allergies, and the server was extremely knowledgeable, not just about the menu but also about the local area. The food was utterly delicious and despite the...rain, we sat outside under a heater on the deck and were completely comfortable. The truffle Hollandaise sauce on mushroom toast was exquisite, and I want to go back to Squamish JUST to eat at Fergie's. (We also got there at the exact right time on a Saturday and didn't have to line up. When we were leaving there was a long wait line, and now I know it would have been very worth the wait.)More

Fergie's came recommended when I mentioned to someone while walking my dog that we were looking for somewhere new to try for lunch. We almost drove right by as its not well sign posted and nestled in the trees. It's in a Campground, but it's...not what you'd think of a campground cafe. A few families with little kids and dogs were there, everyone is made welcome by friendly staff. It's very casual. We had to wait about 45 mins to be seated but well worth the wait.... our food was sooo good. I had the Truffle - mushroom toast and my husband had the Elaho, very good brunch/lunch food. We enjoyed walking along the beach while waiting for a table. Well worth the drive and we will definitely visit again.More

We visited this place on a cloudy Monday but the wait was still 45 mins long due to COVID related staff shortage. The food was worth the wait though and I would say very good value. My son had the pulled pork hash which came...with roasted veggies. The curried flavored cauliflower was the best that we ever had. We also had 2 bennies and the Elaho (sort of like a Big Breakfast). We were all very satisfied and very full. It was also nice to have our dog by the table. The building itself was stunning and blended with the natural surroundings beautifully. Highly recommend this place for brunch but be prepared to wait.More

Worth the drive, just north of Squamish. Had the French toast and it was fantastic. Cool atmosphere, at the side of a river.

We just had another amazing brunch at Fergie’s. Every time we visit, the food is so delicious and the service is so friendly. It’s not always that you find a place that is as professional and committed to health and safety while also being incredibly...warm and welcoming. We brought our dog with us this time and he was royally spoiled with love and attention. The experience of spending an afternoon in their outdoor area with the breeze on a sunny day is lovely. It really ticks all the boxes. We’ll definitely be back! Everyone from the manager, kitchen team, the servers/front of house make you feel really welcome. Highly recommend the alpha bowl, mushroom toast and Dubliners breakfast:)More

On Mother’s Day, we went to have brunch and some mimosas with our kids. We have been trying to support local establishments instead of chains and thought this was a great opportunity. . The restaurant only has options of picnic tables outside on property -...nothing fancy or overly great but in the past their brunch was always decent ( except that they charge for refills Of drip coffee ). We waited for almost 2 hours to sit down. When it was our turn, the hostess told us that she was informed to turn anyone away unable to wear a mask - OUTSIDE. I asked to speak the owner. The woman (Jess) went on to inform me that my 1.5 year old should be wearing a mask, that masking in BC was the law, and regardless that we were outside she needed to ensure other patrons sitting at picnic tables 10+ metres away eating their food were “safe”. Let me put it this way, had we not had 3 children under 6 with us starving, we would have left. The food that followed was worse than what I remember drive through Mac Donald’s was 2 decades ago - soggy and full of sauce. Nothing great. Everything left to be desired. Will never go back. Next time, we’ll keep our actual resos for high dining or Nita lake lodge. Nita lake lodge has exceptional service, exceptional food and less expensive.More

Of course we don’t expect a 1.5 year old to wear a mask, that is ridiculous. We request that guests aged 12 years and older wear a mask, in keeping with the Provincial Health Order. On Mother’s Day I was called to speak with a...More

Such a great place to eat. Service is fantastic and accommodating to all needs. We had our dog with us and were able to sit outside and they gave our dog a treat. And the food was delicious. Have eaten here several times and never...been disappointed. Good size portions and flavourful.More

Excellent service! Their patio was too full for our safety, so they kindly opened up the downstairs patio for us and stoked the fireplace with fresh wood.❤️ Delicious warm mulled wine, hot chocolate and cappuccinos. Wonderful atmosphere overlooking eagles on the river. Great music, chill...vibe. Washrooms were super clean. Staff was very pleasant & full of smiles.More

POSITIVES: Good scenery and tasty food. NEGATIVES: Slow service as we waited from 2:28 when the host sent us the menu until 2:45 to place an order. INEXCUSABLE: During the day, along the wooden pathway as well as the common area between the cabins and...firepit, lights were turned on, probably more than 150 bulbs burning energy away even though it provides no ambiance during the day. Higher electricity usage = higher environmental problems = higher overhead = higher menu prices = higher dissatisfied customers.More
