6 Friends (senior citizens) were here for lunch this week. Everyone chose the business lunch menu. All the first courses and second courses were very well prepared and very nicely presented. The portions are large but so tasty that we cleaned our plates. The special...coconut ice cream dessert was large enough to share and highly recommend you get one. The staff of waiters and waitresses were friendly and gave great service. And being outdoors with a view of the sea was perfect!More
The restaurant is impeccably located, at the highest hill of Ashdod city, with an amazing view of the port and the sea, as far as the eyes can see. In addition, the place is right by the north entrance to Ashdod. There are lot of...convenient free parking places next to the restaurant. We had an enjoyable family lunch (with 3 small children of whom 1 toddler) in that pleasant place. The place is nice, roomy and esthetically decorated. You can choose to be seated inside the restaurant or on the spacious porch, with beautiful panorama scenery. The restaurant is suitable for any group size of diners, including children. It is open on weekends too. After the disappointment in our previous visit, over a year ago, from food and service, we were pleased to realize the improvement. Restaurants' menu features a nice selection of European and Mediterranean dishes. Among dishes we had: Coated and fried Cauliflower Flowers and Veal Kebab starters and Chicken Nugget, Vegetarian Noodles and Spicy noodles with Beef and Chicken Chunks mains, were all tasty and full of flavors. You must consider the very generous portions. The service was friendly, attentive and quick. A nice choice for dinner with familyMore
The food is good. Great salads - big enough for 2. The bread is fresh and delicious. Great for a casual meal. Perfect for having a beer and watching the sunset.
I was visiting Ashdod and meet my friends in this restaurant. It’s a great place for eating and taking. Food was amazing. I ordered Denis fish on grill with salad. And I really like cam flowers as appetizer. It’s soooo good.
the view from the tables outside is beautiful - the sea is open to the horizon. The food taseted bad and didn't look good as well. the service was very amature. I will not come back, and i dont recomend it.
If you want outdoor breakfast or dinner with a hreat view, Kira is the place. It's up on top of Jonah's Hill in Ashdod, overlooking the harbor. Staff are generally friendly and most speak english. Ask for an English menu. Food is good to great....Prices tend to be slightly more compared to similar restaurants in the area. But the view is without peer.More
I went there after reading the recommendation. Me and my colleges tried the breakfast. Unfortunately nothing was special to write about besides the view to the harbor. In terms of fine dining and despite of the location potential I can’t recommend
The restaurant is perfectly located, near the northern entrance to the city, at the highest point in Ashdod, with an excellent view of the port and the seaside. We came there for dinner with the family and grandchildren. There are lot of convenient free parking...places, at the parking lot next to the restaurant. The place is large and pleasant. You can choose to be seated inside the restaurant or on the spacious terrace, with beautiful panorama to the landscape and a pleasant breeze from the sea. The place is suitable for any group size of diners, including children. The restaurant is serving a variety of Mediterranean dishes. The dishes we tried, includes: vegetable salad, pasta alfredo, pan-fried mushrooms, braised cauliflower flowers and roasted eggplant, were average . The service was also average and a little uncaring. A nice place to enjoy the breeze with a glass of beer and snacks.More
