A nice little cafe with really tasty coffee. Have visited on my own in the past but this time with my young family who were very well looked after! Worth a visit

what a surprise at Trinity House Coffee Shop today it looks marvellous and modern and a much needed update that was over due. The service was excellent and my cappuccino was enjoyable and my friend had a pot of tea, of course we couldn't resist...More
It all looks very clean and hygienic but it has missed a golden opportunity to become the stand out coffee shop in Axminster and become a very plain Jane with no atmosphere. You see the management are not listening to the local people who have...More
Attractive refit, helpful staff, but the price rises are unacceptable. £11.30 for two regular cappuccinos and toasted teacakes, and no waitress service (although the staff were very helpful ). Sadly, after many years, we will no longer meet up at Trinity House!
What have they done to our favourite lunching spot? All the old fashion service and conversation replaced by a self-service attempt to mirror Costa down the road. Result, an empty cafe. How very sad. You certainly didn't ask the locals before making these changes.

Hello Jose, Thank you very much for leaving a lovely (perfect) review of Trinity House's Coffee Shop. We are very pleased to hear you enjoy visiting and would recommend it to others. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Part of a department store, this cafe/restaurant is clean, bright and has pleasant, attentive staff. My favourite here is the cheese and onion toastie and Americano coffee. All you need then is a window seat on market day (Thursday) nd you can watch the world.
