Brett and Amanda were instrumental in creating a magical 21st High Tea for our daughter Eliza’s birthday yesterday. The day was just so special, from the table decorations to organising Nyssa to play guitar and sing, to the lovely range of teas and treats to eat with each guest enjoying a glass of white or pink bubbles. Amanda was on hand to help with decorations and photos and Brett was able to expertly take the booking and give advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Cambewarra Estate winery are renowned for specialising in their winery based High teas having hosted 8,000.

Visited here with 8 friends on Sunday for lunch Such a delightful location perched on the edge of the vines with gorgeous views ! Plenty of room for kids to play .Staff were extremely welcoming especially Brett the owner. Food was delicious - I had a delicious whole trout while others had veal loins and prawn rolls. Desserts were especially good - the raspberry ice cream was superb I couldn’t help but think what a beautiful place to hold a wedding Later in the afternoon lots of visitors arrived for an High Tea which looked lovely ! We have a holiday rental house in Culburra ( Escape@Culburra ) and will be adding this place to our list of highly recommended activities

We recently celebrated our work Christmas party at Cambewarra Estate. The atmosphere was very relaxed & the setting was lovely. Live music, not too loud in the background just added to the chilled vibe. Everyone loved the menu with its fresh summer flavours well presented in ample servings. I enjoyed a kumato & cheese entree, tea smoked salmon for main, & then the peaches & cream pavlova for dessert - all delicious, with a few refreshing watermelon & cucumber cocktails to wash it all down. The hosts & staff were all delightful & before we knew it, the afternoon had just drifted by & it was time to go. Can't wait for next time.

Waited 40 mins for a share entree and bread without share plates. Then another 40 minutes later the lamb kofta had no flavour and wasn’t presented well with brunt bread. The pork was served on its own and had to order crushed potatoes which were swimming in oil. Lucky they turned up quickly. Not once asked how our meal was and watched while VIP guests enjoyed the teacup. It was busy but we did book. Maybe don’t over book or over seat people if the kitchen can’t handle it. Desert saved the day as it was delicious but I still did have tea cup envy! Maybe one day they will offer it to diners who can’t do high tea!

Today was to be a get together with old friends for a lunch and to share a glass of wine. However $55 for a 2 course meal normally would be more than reasonable The onion Bahji was tasty and as one would expect a normal entree size. The prawn tortellini was a similar size 3 prawns and a small tortellini If one ordered this alone the prawn dish was $36. This is seriously overpriced Service slow and all in all a very disappointing experience I won’t return and could not recommend this to anyone in the future Disappointing

Thanks for the review. We are genuinely sorry to hear you didn’t have a good time. We take all reviews seriously and have asked for feedback from the team members who served you on the day you visited. To give some perspective to those people who may read this review: * your group ordered only 2 entrees between 5 of you. * you ordered 1 main to share with another guest at your table. * your total bill came to $45 per person including lunch, wine and other drinks. * as we explained to you as we took your order it is Not a Tapas menu and it is not designed to be shared. However you were adamant you wanted to share, which is fine. * you didn’t engage or speak to our staff nicely at all, highlighted by when you demanded 3 wedges of lime in your Gin and Tonic instead of the one we had served you. * one of your other guests was noticeable embarrassed by your manner and quietly apologised to our staff at the end.

The welcoming host was in thongs, the wine served in pub glasses, no side plates for our dips and bread, the meal quality and menu were just above pub food. and the floor areas, inside and out, need a good clean. not good value for money. One good thing, the waitress was friendly and helpful.

My favourite winery. Family run business that makes you feel like you’re always visiting close friends. With a superb and delicious menu and a great selection of on-premise, vineyard-made wines, every visit is just the best time. And the staff and owners are legends.

Went here with my grandmother for her birthday and had a great time. It’s a beautiful location and is home to incredible wine. Their house rosé is the best wine I’ve ever had in my life, not even kidding. I was a bit concerned about the price of the food because it’s very steep, but the portion sizes were huge and it was really good. I’d definitely come again, the food and wine are significantly better than other wineries in the area, the location is great too.

Had been wanting to dine here since my daughter moved nearby 4 yrs ago. Unfortunately I felt the winery lacked ambience. We sat outside where we could enjoy the view but the rows of tables made me think of sitting on a very windy bus. I’ve eaten in quite a number of wineries throughout the world and I was expecting something much more. Looking inside the restaurant it was even worse with long rows of tables and miss matched chairs. The food was quite tasty although my chicken was too dry. I read that someone said they had a large serving. We certainly didn’t. Considering the prices charged for our lunch I would have to say that the overall experience was disappointing.

I attended for a pre-ordered lunch and was told I had to be at the table by 1pm as the food would be ready because it was pre-ordered. I had ordered a main and desert. My main meal was not given to me until 2pm.I tried to raise this issue with a manager who turned my complaint around into me being unreasonable and said my manner was bullying when it was not. The young waitress staff all seemed stressed. It was not relaxing or pleasant

Came here for a friends birthday lunch on the weekend. Such a beautiful setting amongst the vines. A delicious meal, lovely wine and amazing cocktails! Special mentions for the honey on the cheese board and the divine strawberry-peach-plum daiquiri Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

My wife & I have just recently had a most enjoyable time at the Cambewarra Estate Winery having a wine tasting with a cheese board, both the wine & cheeses tasted great. The view from our table was of the vineyards & the mountains in the background. We would certainly return in the future.

We went for a Sunday lunch and to taste some wines. They offer a 4 wine paddle for $20, which my husband and I shared. The white wines sauv blanc and verdelho were our preference, though the verdelho you had to buy a glass of, and they had a good pale ale, which my husband liked too. Lunch menu was varied with lots of things that appealed. We had the pork sliders, which was a small schnitzel on a milk bun with apple slaw. It mentioned chilli aoli but it was not hot at all. Two per serve so we shared as an entree. It was very good. I had the beef soft tacos as my main, which was very nice, perhaps a bit too much tomato salsa for my taste but the steak was generous and good quality. My husband had the fish of the day, which was barramundi from WA with buerre blanc and broccolini. He really enjoyed that. Very fresh and tasty. Service was very friendly and prompt. The location was lovely with nice views of the vineyards and mountains behind. Great covered outdoor seating or inside with ac. We would recommend and will return soon.

Stunning place to enjoy a high tea, looking over Camberwarra mountain and rows of grapevines. The tea with Disney names was tasty and the selection of high tea specialties was well balanced. The very cute pink rotation teacup seat is worth a photo but would be too stark with no shade amongst the vines.

We were on a coach trip. So easy access for the coach. The complex of wine paddocks. Gift shop. Entertainment areas inside & out. The bar small but efficient. The vary best high tea of 12 food pieces per person plus plus so many pots of different teas plus a glass of bubbles. The antique spotless cups saucers plates were amazing extraordinary part of the world's history.. the gifts are unique and 1 gift is so rare so ask for the lavender gift. 💜 A day to catchup with friends or celebrate from birth to weddings and proposals. From laughter to romance.
