Friendly and efficient staff allowed us to take chairs into the shade at the front, brought our drinks whilst we perused the menu and helpfully tried to maximise the space available at out table. Delicious food arrived promptly. Beautifully and fresh..... and so much!! The...More

I'd heard this place did a good vegan breakfast and I wasn't disappointed, I've eaten all over the country and this was definitely the best over here ... It would stand up well against any diner in the Pacific Northwest Good size portions with the...More

Thanks very much for your kind review, and it's great that you can compare us favourably with other places over here and in America. We find that a lot of people return the marmalade untouched, which is a shame given the amount of work that...More

We're very pleased that you like the food. Sorry you're not happy with the toilet. It's cleaned every day. After your review I had a look for the cobwebs and removed what I could find, which seemed confined to a small area at the top...More

One of our favourite places for breakfast. The place is tiny, but that adds to its charm! Food is always nice with a selection of cakes on offer in addition to its lovely menu.

Friendly service, a good selection of cake even though it was late in the day on a Friday. I choose the lemon cake and I was not disappointed, it was moist and had a good consistency with just the right amount of filling. The building...More

Thanks for your review. The indoor area can get crowded, although in good weather there's more space out in the courtyard. We make all our own cakes, so it's great that you enjoyed it. As you say, it's an old building, and that's why the...More
