There is a saying, cooking with love provides food for the soul, and the best example is Mr.Antony.This place is recommended for the self style of cooking, just tell him the way u want and wat u want, the rest taken cared by him.Planning for the unorthodox family sit out or treats don't miss this place.

We found Antony's on TA and showed up for dinner the night before our departure to explore food prepared by locals. We were the only customers and Antony cooked up a delicious meal for us using the freshest ingredient that he had (Kingish and Cawliflower for the vegetarians). He was very accommodating with our preferences, especially making something less spicy... More

I landed in Mahablaipuram on a rain-soaked weekday afternoon. Thanks to TripAdvisor I knew this restaurant was renamed Anthony’s Café, run by Anthony, located near Chariot Resort, and the phone no. was 9840187811. I called Anthony and asked him whether he’d serve lunch. Though initially he refused, he later called on my phone and invited me in. As I realised... More

Went there with friends and had one of the best fish fry. Reasonable prices and pretty good structure with okay-ish service.

Antony's Boutique Paradise Beach formerly known as Alokosay Cafe used to be in town but they have now shifted to Fishermen Colony. The place has been renamed after Antony who was the main chef back at Alokosay Cafe. My first visit to this place was way back in December 2014. After realizing that Pondicherry/Puducherry was not the place for us... More

Anthony's Cafe used to be in town but is now about one km (150Rs auto rickshaw ride from Grande Bay) south of Mammallapuram near a resort. More expensive than other restaurant options (750Rs -800Rs for one dish with rice, 1500Rs for a meal for two) it is really very nice and worth the money. Anthony does order the fish fresh... More

The restaurant has been renamed as Anthony's Cafe & has been moved to a new location. Very close to Chariot beach resort. For directions you can call at 98401 87811. This place is run by cook Anthony & his wife. The food was average & we felt it was over priced. Ordered a fish curry (Rs800),one tiger prawn (Rs400),fried rice... More

We were determined to find this place because of all the 5 Star reviews. When it wasn't where it should be we phoned (98401 87811) and discovered that not only has the name changed (as mentioned by previous reviewers) but it's now changed location. It's no longer in the town itself but about 1km south. Not only that but although... More
