Whether you want to pick your own apples or scoop a peck from their wonderful pre-picked assortment, this is a great place to go. We enjoyed everything we bought or tried, including two types of apples, mesclin greens, onion, cukes, squash, cinnamon-flavored syrup, coffee and...oatmeal bars. Great selection of gourds. Everything very reasonably priced. We were there too early to try their pizza, but would another time. Note this is not a restaurant. Pleasant surroundings and staff.More

I was with my extended family in Maine for the fall foliage so we decided to go apple picking. There were over 20 of us so it was the perfect activity for a big crowd. We picked dozens of beautiful, tart and sweet apples and...took them home to cook and share with friends. Highly recommend!More

We visited this orchard as part of a cruise excursion. It was the best experience to view the orchard on a hayrack (surrounded by beautiful mountains) and then eat fresh apple pie with coffee. They grow lots of varieties of apples but also grow peaches,...blueberries, strawberries and all kinds of fresh veg. There's a small gift shop to buy their yummies.More

Very rude management, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Better orchards not far away. There was no need to be rude.

First things first, how exciting is it to go to a Apple orchard when you grew up in a migrant apple location .... Extremely. The stories you will hear from the man that runs the place. And to learn that Stephen King purchased it to...keep the natural land and plants AND to prevent it from becoming developed. The scenery is out of this world. The air was so clean and freagrant from all the different trees and plants and the lack of development. We were there at the end of September hoping to see all the fall colors, well it was unseasonably warm there and the trees had yet to turn BUT that did not take away from the experience. The people, all the employees were so kind and patient with us. The FOOD OMG! Homemade apple pie with cider never tasted so GOOD.More

I have to confess that I come here for the baked goods and not the fruit. They have a lot of tasty things but it is the doughnuts that keep me coming back.

We visited this place while hungry, a big mistake. By the time we were done we had an apple pie, fresh strawberries, sharp cheddar cheese, cider donuts and two whoopie pies. All were the best (took two days to eat all).

We took a quick ride from Bethel to pick strawberries. They weren't ready yet but a few quarts of sweet and flavorful berries were in the cooler. All the baked items looked so good I also bought a berry pie, some of their sesame crackers...and chocolate chip cookies. This gem is off the beaten path in western Maine. Well worth the drive.More

What a great place. We happened to meet one of the owners as we were picking in the strawberry fields, and so learned much about how this old family farm is thriving in our new economy. We'll be listening for news of other harvests, and...will look forward to traveling to this Sweden (and Norway and Denmark) without a passport!More
