We had seen on google that this restaurant had good reviews so we decided to give it a try. It’s located in an inconspicuous spot, in a retail unit of a strip mall. We managed to get a table for two, and started looking over the menu. We decided on the Roasted Vegetable platter for a appetizer, an we shared a “Lombardi” pizza for the main. The roast vegetables were delicious, with a bit of a balsamic glaze and pesto on the side. The pizza was fantastic. It was fennel sausage, pepperoni, and cremini mushrooms. The sauce had a wonderful garlic taste to accent the rest of the toppings. Together, they tasted amazing. It’s no wonder people were waiting for the next available table, and pizzas were constantly going out the door. Definitely worth going to more than once.

The food was delicious, but the service was not great. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary and are in our early/mid 20s. The staff rarely came to our table, never asked how our food was, and brought us the bill when we hadn't asked for it. It was disappointing to see a couple a little bit older than us getting much better service from the same waiter.

We went there when we could not get into our favourite pub. We were welcomed warmly and found the seating much better than a traditional pizzeria. Tables were comfortable and well separated from others. The gluten free options and protocol was excellent given my wife is a celiac and needs to be careful. The pizza (Genovese-gluten free) was very good as was the capers salad we ordered. Good selection of beer and wine as well. Our server was attentive. All in all very good for this type of restaurant. I would say it was not inexpensive but gluten free food is always a little more expensive.

We were so looking forward to it because of reading in the Fall edition of EAT Magazine.ca for Victoria, BC: 2020 Travelers' Choice Award, Readers' Choice Award for Best Take-out and Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor. It was the worst tasting pizza we have ever had! There were hardly any mushrooms on it, it was tasteless, the crust (which was uncut as they recommended) was bare for at least 2" around the edge, the crust was soggy by the time we got home and they forgot to add the pancetta! I had to crisp up the pizza in a fry pan to make it edible. My daughter called as soon as we saw that the pancetta was missing and after hearing (because she wasn't put on hold) the young lady discussing with the cook what happened she was given a credit for the pancetta. After the phone call, we sat down to eat and then discovered my daughter's pasta was terrible also. The cream sauce was like water and sitting in the bottom of the container with nothing covering the pasta. The pasta was way more than al dente and there was again no flavour. She had to cook the pasta more and added garlic and parmesan to make it edible. If I would have googled the Pizzeria instead of believing the EAT magazine, (as I did after the fact), I would have seen some bad reviews. One of them was from a person that posted in Trip Advisor with the headline stating: "900 degrees pizza is a lie! . . ." We will never again order from 900 Degrees and we will never believe what we read in EAT magazine.

Popped in for a quick lunch, ordered Margherita Pizza with Added Bacon. Service was excellent, and the menu had lots of pizza choices. It came piping hot to the table, with just enough sauce, and salty bacon, and the right amount of cheese. Sooooooo Delicious, just bursting with flavor. I was only able to eat 2/3 of it, good value for your dollar. Would definitely recommend this place if you want a more authentic Italian Style Pizza.

Gluten free pizza is usually a showcase for toppings. Not here. You will still look at the regular pies with envy (they look spectacular), but you won't be sad about the gluten free pizza. The crust is really good. The charcuterie appetizer is also amazing and comes with gluten free triangles of flat bread.

Thank you for your kind review. Our entire menu can be ordered gluten-free, with the exception of pastas. Did you know that our dessert menu is now entirely gluten-free as well? Hope to see you back soon.

Both of us are celiac and have been on a desperate quest for a gluten-free pizza we can eat that actually tastes like pizza. We decided to try 900 degrees after reading a couple of reviews, and are SO glad we did. Possibly one of the yummiest pizzas we've had in BC even pre-celiacs, and neither of us had even the slightest reaction. We'll be doing the six hour trip from Vancouver regularly, purely for these pizzas. The place has super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a cozy vibe too. Thanks for being a light in the gluten-free tunnel ;)

During covid-19 I placed an order to take away. They offer excellent and authentic italian food! In my opinion this was one of the best stuff I ever ate all over North America in the past ten years! The arugula salad was prepared with fresh and tasty ingredients It came in a fine lemon and balsamic dressing. The wood-fired pizza funghi with additional onions was just mouthwatering! I definitely would eat in this restaurant again! The staff was polite and helpful!

The perfect pizza! Went with my partner and a friend and everything exceeded our expectations. We were met at the door with a smile, sat right away, and the service remained to be Excellant throughout our visit. We had the Caprese Salad and Meatballs for appies and they were delicious. We all had a pizza and they were all simply awesome to be completely honest. The cook on them were perfect, toppings were plentiful and the taste was delicious. Just trust me and go to this place, you won’t be disappointed. Cheers,,, RJ

I went to 900 Degrees a few nights ago. As someone who is Italian, and actually been to Italy and had many pizza's, this was a disappointment! Pizza took 30mins, we were told 15min. I went in twice to see what was taking so long. There was no one ahead of us, one online order got picked up. The web site says 90 sec or less to cook the pizza? This was a Wed night, after 6pm. Pizza was absolutely like soup. We had it cut, even though the recommendation was to leave it whole. You couldn't even tell it was cut, the ingredients were so runny. The only positive was the basil was fresh.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The great service made everything that much better. The pizza was delicious, the fennel sausage was really tasty. We had the thin crust which was cooked to perfection, and not at all greasy. The lemon Panna Cotte was marvellous. We live in Victoria, and this will definitely be our new go to restaurant. I really cannot say enough good things about 900 Degree Pizza

Don't know what all the fuss is about. We got two sub-par pizzas, came to $50, both with crust so thin it was like eating a cracker. Mine was GF, which of course is always a challenge, but they carry on about their homemade crust and I was expecting something wonderful. What I got was sad.

First time visitors while on vacation on a Friday night with a reservation. We arrived and were seated on time while others experienced a short wait. My wife and I shared a caesar salad and ordered the Rucolo and Crudo (large) New York style and 2 glasses of wine. Perfect for our appetites. The place is very well-managed, servers attentive and kitchen staff focused. Normally, with real fired pizzas they are often so thin that they burn but this one had a crust that was a little thicker and better than good. Topping was simple but well-chosen and very delicate tomato base. Excellent value and we will return to enjoy again at a future date.

We have travelled Europe and North America. We are very familiar with European-style pizza, having eaten pizza in Sicily, Naples, Rome, and France. 900degrees is authentic European-style pizza made from superb ingredients. It Is among the best I’ve ever had. Simple, flavourful ingredients, as it should be-meant to be savoured slowly, fresh from the oven. Flourless chocolate torte with homemade gelato and raspberry coulis is to die For! Thank you for a memorable BC food experience, 900degrees staff! Attentive service all the way!

We've loved 900 since day one! They care a great deal about their customers and the community, which was absolutely evident when we visited for dinner the other night. They have clearly invested a lot of time, effort and money to ensure they are meeting all COVID safety and hygiene requirements. All staff (front of house and kitchen staff) were wearing masks or face shields; they have installed a hand sanitizer station for customers to use as they entered the restaurant; they have built enclosures that separate each table; taped arrows on the floor, and lots of other little touches that made it clear, the owners had considered everything. We felt safe, and were able to just go about enjoying ourselves as we normally would. And of course the food is phenomenal, as it always is. I absolutely cannot recommend 900 degrees highly enough!
