This is part of the Savoy Calheta beach complex. It offer a step up in dining experience compared to the main hotel restaurant. My wife and I had two meals here and everything we ate was excellent. Their grilled calamari was the best I have ever had. They also do an excellent delicacy - espada with banana. This is a... More

This was such a nice place to go! A bit !Ore refined than the traditional restaurants, with beautifully presented food, which was also tasty! You have a nice view on calheta beach, and we were here at sunset which was just fabulous. Definitely worth it.

Friendly staff, who didn't mind being asked details about ingredients, and dealing with questions about whether a dish avoided my meat and shellfish allergies (Such a bore). I had the black scabbard fish with banana and passion fruit, which was yummy and was a fillet so only one bone. Hubbie had black scabbard fish in tomato and onion sauce -... More

Excellent meal of fresh seafood with attentive service. English spoken and all explained in detail. Caesar salad to start was a bit artificial but nevertheless tasty.

We ate here twice during our recent trip. On both occasions the food was excellent, well presented and served piping hot. We tried the garlic and tomato bread, stewed octopus, seafood espetada, stuffed chicken, Madeira style filet all were excellent and came with potatoes and a nice vegetable selection. The Madeira style Tiramisu is to die for.

Went here and it was ok. I think the difficulty was that the whole building is being renovated However had a good meal but a little pricey for what we got But still good

I saw the rating on Tripadvisor and decided to go for a nice dinner. When we entered the restaurant, the waiters didn't even take a look at us. We waited for so long that I almost decided to leave the place after 15 minutes but then finally someone came to help us. I ordered the salad with salmon (which was... More
