Best food on the island. Been to Barbados numerous times and still the best food on the island if you want authentic food.

What an experience, mingle with the locals and tourists for a hectic Friday night. It's well worth the visit to sample this Barbadian tradition. We had fresh lobsters which were amazing.

The place is buzzing on Friday/Saturday evening at the fish fry. Over days a little quieter but the food is generally very good and drinks much cheaper than hotel and beach bars.

I went here by bus from the Hilton Hotel ($2 Barbados bus fare) as opposed to $40 Barbados cab ride, on Friday late afternoon before the crowd because I wanted to explore a little bit on my own. I ended up having a delicious creole...More

I have no problem with plastic cutlery, rickety chairs etc. I do however take exception to particularly poor food. Unseasoned macaroni pie was borderline inedible - how is it possible to mug up such a simple dish. Flying fish was the best part of dinner...More

Mango bay in Holetown? Driving would take about 30 minutes. A bus or mini van would take longer because it stops and starts picking up people.
