I was with a group of friends, we did not eat very much, fisch not bad but nothing expecially, the fried was not well done, the other fish not bad. I would not suggest this place. That was very good and cheap in the past. Now even the parking is half empty. Why ? most of the people prefer other... More

After the head of kitchen greeted us with a handshake he then washed his hands before proceeding. Only a small thing I know, but it says a lot about this spotless, reasonably priced, establishment which we have visited several times. The splendid choice of fresh fish and seafood is displayed in front of the open kitchen where, if you wish,... More

This was my second visit at this restaurant which I enjoyed as much as the first one last year. Arriving for lunch with friends we were shown to the display fish counter where we chose a number of different fish that were grilled or fried for us ( tajao mejiones boccarones, pulpo alla gallega, cerna morena fritta) accompanies by the... Our local friends waxed lyrical about this restaurant - you enter, you choose your fish, you tell them how you want it cooked and you are seated. Frankly we found the choice of fish disappointing - mussels excellent, whitebait very tiny, limpets inedible. We were recommended to have the tableta - steamed. When it arrived it was very overcooked -... More

I went to Las Arenas because my Spanish colleagues recommended it to me and I'm glad they did. There isn't a menu but you need to choose the fresh fish you want according to what they have and the price depends on the weight. The fish was very good and very cheap too. The decoration and asset of the restaurant... More

I invited some friends for lunch at this local restaurant while in Tenerife on a short vacation. None of us have been at this restaurant before but it was recommended by a local friend of ours. We found it easily just off the main highway and found easily available parking. At 2.30 pm the restaurant during a week day was... More

Our friends, who live in Tenerife, took us here for lunch. It's off the beaten track, and mainly frequented by locals. It was superb. As you enter the restaurant, the available fish and other seafood are laid out behind a glass counter, so that you can choose your tapas and main dish. Then, while you relax with a glass of... More
