If you want to taste typical food of the island with a really good quality you should come to this restaurant. Also the service is very nice. You have to give this place an opportunity, it won't disappoint you.

If you want to eat authentic Spanish tapas in a cosy, simple and nice restaurant- you have to come here! Service is top - warm people which pay attention to details. Generous portions (we asked for half portion of many plates and still it was...a lot of food) Many locals have dinner there Children and gluten free friendly Prices are quite cheapMore

I am reluctant to write a bad review, since I think we were probably just unlucky, we went her just after there had been a peer cut for 1.5 hours on the island, so i think they were rushing to catch up. However both our...meals were extremely salty and whilst generous portions just not good enough. My wife was recommended to try a local ‘salad’, our fault that we didn’t really read the menu, it turned out to be big bowl of crusty dried bread and bits of dried salt fish with a few vegetables in a salty liquid - not great!More

Gracias por su opinión Martín. Aún así le tengo que corregir una cosa sobre la ensalada que se tomó. Puede...More
Some dishes are really good but some others really looks like just out of the box and fried. I recommend if you are looking for a quick and cheap lunch

. I had the carpaccio of tuna with black salt, plum tomatoes and sunflower seeds and the softest cooked sword fish (a generous 3-piece portion) with buttered mashed potatoes. Super delicious. The lentil soup was hearty and generous. A rare find. We’ll try the dinner...tomorrow.More

Love this place. Informal, friendly, fun. Can get very busy as it is a favorite for locals. A good selection of tapas, all the standards as well as some interesting variations. Worth a visit (or three...).

we found it trough the TA reviews. It's an unassuming place, but with Spanish local service and very tasty and reasonably priced plates. We went there twice, had frita de pulpo, little burgers, rolls of salmon with goat cheese and other tapas. If you like...tapas and local jamon, and love patatas bravas, and are not looking for fancy & fashionable places but for real value for money do go there. Also the cheesecake is great, topped with the local herbs digestive. With 25 euros there is a lot to eat!More

Despite of the location, you will find a typical taste of spanish tapa and some formentera's traditional recipes (dont miss the ensalada pagesa with peix sec -dry fish-) and sweet home-cooked desserts. Quick service.

S’Abeurada de Can Simonet is a modern restaurant located in Sant Francesc Xavier, the main town of Formentera. We went there to dinner to celebrate the New Year 2016. The rate quality/price of the last dinner of the year were fantastic (only 50 euros per...persona all menu) and the menu was great! We wanted to go there the last year (New Year 2015), but due to familiar problems, it was not possible, so that we came here this New Year and it was an excellent decision. The New Year’s menu had 11 dishes and most of them were very good, especially the montadito of smoked salmon and cheese, roll of duck with orange and prawns with scallop sauce. Moreover the staff gave us the typical cotillion and we could eat the grapes at midnight. The staff was very friendly and nice, and we could bring our baby (1 and a half months old in then New Year) to the restaurant. It was her first New Year!More
