The restaurant is located in Migjorn, almost isolated, which allows it to be in a perfect environment, under the pine trees and well-cared vegetation creating a magical atmosphere. The treatment of staff is excellent, good advice and recommendations when ordering. If you are looking for...an elegant, privileged place to go as a couple for enjoy quality gastronomy, this is your place. Looking forward to return.More

Went with not much knowledge of the restaurant/hotel apart from trip advisor reviews. We were really impressed with the hotel setting firstly. The restaurant is relaxed with really tatsy seafood and the extra touches work great between your arrival and departure. Nice evening spent and...not too expensive either. Recommend.More

Reviewing for dinner but we stayed at the hotel and had breakfast, lunch and dinner here - and all were good. You'll need to book the restaurant even if you are a guest as they're open to non-guests as well. They have a lovely inside...and outside space with air con inside but great views through to the gardens (which are a highlight if you're staying there). Good wine list - tried the Amaren Rioja (reserva) which was delightful. From the menu we tried... Octopus croquetas were lovely Grilled octopus - very good Pluma (pork) - lovely Grilled lobster - great value Dessert - Torrijas - absolutely fantastic - blow torched at the end to give it a crunchy edge to a melt in the mouth experience All the staff were lovely and super helpful and we had a great evening :)More

Casbah is a superb restaurant in Formentera. Incredible location (a few meters away from the beach in the middle of a beautiful garden), wonderful setting and delicious food by the Galician chef Martina Cacheiro. Great presentations, reasonable portions and really quality local products; every single...dish is made with passion, flawless execution and delivery. Special mention to the octopus and crema Catalana, both amazing. The wine selection is kind of limited but still nice. The perfect definition of a hidden gem in Formentera. This place is a must.More

Open almost all year, unlike most of the island's restaurants, Casbah is part of the hotel but run separately by Ruben, in the front of house, and Martina in the kitchen. Excellent food, good wine list, a bit pricey but superb value. The menu is...fairly short with a balanced mix of dishes and some memorable choices: try the pluma Iberica or the langoustine starter. The restaurant itself is modern and somewhat minimalistic, overlooking lush gardens and a small swimming pool lit up in dark blue at night. It's also a bit off the beaten track and seldom gets busy so it's a nice place for a quiet meal away from the summer crowds. The salads are large enough for a one-course lunch, thetas if you can resist the stupendous chocolate desserts.More

When we booked our stay at Hotel Casbah we didn't expect to want to eat there in the restaurant, but after sampling the lunch menu on the first day we pretty much at there every day for 6 days! The menu is healthy and varied...and the food is excellent and of a way higher standard than the average hotel restaurant. Prices are good, and the drinks menu is also high quality. Very impressed!More

We were very happy with food, service and the ambience of this place. I had a club sandwich and my partner grilled veg and both were fresh and yummy. Its no wonder it has good reviews.
