We walked in off the street so were lucky to get a nice table (under the fan which was fabulous as it was a hot night). Good service and lovely food.

Stopped for breakfast here with the kids over Christmas. Menu is a good mix of basics plus some specials and more innovative dishes. Reasonably priced and okay coffee. Enjoyed drawing on the tablecloths and service and food were good. Let down by overcooked eggs on one plate, pretty basic to get right at breakfast.

Enjoyed a very pleasant lunch from the menu, Found the fish dishes to be very well presented.. Good wine selected, but I understand they allow BYO. The outlook from the restaurant was lovely looking over to the river. The waitres was a very pleasant and happy person, who had time for a chat.

First night we ordered the pasta marinara and it was so good we immediately booked a table to go back a few days later. On our second night we shared a wonderful seafood platter: oysters, mussels, crab, fish, calamaris and a nice salad. As desert we had a delicious pecan pie. Staff is super friendly and the cocktails are nice... More

Granny's has a great atmosphere and staff were attentive without being over the top. However, the food was quite disappointing. My son had the grilled bugs and said they were ok. I had the Chicken Laguna and it was just inedible - so tough that I couldn't even cut it. To be honest, I'm not even sure that it was... More

So much potential but completely failed in the execution. The restaurant is in a great location on Gympie Terrace with a nice atmosphere but that's where it ends. We sat at a table on the street which had a nice breeze but because we were seated lower than the rest of the restaurant the waitress just ignored us - i... More

I decided to go to gympie terrace for breakfast and after driving by grennys noticed that my favourite table out the front was free... After 10 minutes of trying to find a carpark I made my way to grennys... And yes my favourite table was free.. I sat down and was then approached by a waitress who asked if I... More

We booked a table for ten people. The service was excellent and the food arrived promptly. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Food was fresh, tasty, well presented and good value.
