Our family have been holidaying in Noosa for many years and the Red Emperor is a must for the best fish and chips in Noosaville. We love to grab some dinner and walk across to the river for a twilight picnic.

We had Fish, chips and crumbed prawns at the Red Emperor. Well cooked, good service and delicious. The crumbed prawns were delicious and the battered fish delicious. Very pleasant sitting outside with a bottle of wine.

We enjoyed the fish and chips for lunch one day and decided to have them on a Friday night along with dozens of other patrons. It was a mistake as the fish was over cooked and as tough as a well done steak. Went back again for a lunch and it was superb.....the message is that when they are busy... More

Really surprised at the quality of the food here despite a humble looking shop front. Really good fish and chips and fast service too. We will be back.

We had one box of gluten free fish and chips (hence the fish wasn't battered or fried, yet grilled) and an extra box of chips. The chips are plenty but I found one filet not enough for fish and chips. ;-) They also offer yummy sauces, battered squid rings and so on.

As far as fish and chips go, my family loved it, calamari, scallops , prawn cutlets and a couple of bits of fish were all pretty good and reasonably well priced. A great takeaway to enjoy while sitting on the waterfront watching the sun go down.

Always excellent, perfectly cooked fish and chips. Generous servings - great variety of fish and other seafoods.

Very high quality fish and chips - surprisingly good fish with wide selection of locally caught fish - very very popular so get in early.

Fresh hot fish and chips. We ordered ahead of time and by doing so skipped the long queue waiting for their orders. Quite pricy for takeaway although on par with other Noosa eateries.

It's a crazy busy spot, but the quality of food reflects the busynes, so worth the wait. If your lucky you can nab a park out the front, otherwise the surrounding streets are fine as its right on the water front and easy to get to. They have seating out the front, however a short stroll across the road you... More
