Food and beer good whilst not expensive, Food served each night unlike some of the other pubs around. Dog friendly. Competent staff. Friendly locals. All in all, its a proper pub.

Super pub, well kept beer. We had the pale ale which was excellent. Staff all welcoming and chatty. As we had the car didn’t have chance to try other beers. Give it a visit.

It would be tricky as the front door has quite a sharp bend, large electric wheelchairs have got through, but I have not seen a mobility scooter get through.
