Went just before 4pm during a week day. I'm sorry to say the meat was overcooked and the turkey when sliced ended up looking like wood chips on the plate. I nearly told them to keep it as they obviously needed it more than me....More

Went here for a late lunch and thought that the menu choices were not bad and prices reasonable. Two of us had carveries and the others pizza and all of the meals were good. Service was OK.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here and the price. Its also nicely situated on the banks of the River and a great place to stop after a nice walk along the bank. Plenty of parking available too.

Trent Port is clearly a popular place for couples and families. My wife and I chose the carvery and selected the Roast beef, turkey, sausage, roast potatoes, cauliflower, and carrots. The latter two were overcooked and, to be brutally honest, tasteless. However, the roast meats...More

The Trent Port has new management and has undergone several changes. It is basically self service but there is a separate menu and if self service is not what you are looking for it does now have a seperate part for pizzas. We had not...More

Thank you for your feedback. We did suffer with some teething issues when we first reopened after refurbishment and rebranding which have now been ironed out. We hope you will give us another try soon.
